These terms apply to your use of halostrategic.com and to any Commercial Diagnostic, Commercial Audit, or implementation work you engage Halo Strategic to provide. By using this site or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
Halo Strategic provides commercial growth consulting, including a free Commercial Diagnostic, a fixed-fee Commercial Audit, and, where appropriate, implementation support. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee for any paid engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work agreed in writing before work begins.
Fees for the Commercial Audit and any implementation work are stated in the relevant proposal or Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the terms specified in that document.
Halo Strategic's methodology, frameworks, scoring systems, and general commercial thinking, including the Halo Score and Commercial Leak framework, remain the intellectual property of Halo Strategic. Deliverables prepared specifically for you, such as your Commercial Audit Report, are licensed to you for your own internal business use. They are not licensed for resale or for use in building a competing consultancy offer.
Information you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties without your permission, except where anonymised for an internal case study, or where we're required to disclose it by law.
Our recommendations are built on the evidence available at the time of the engagement and represent our genuine professional judgement. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of our recommendations, nor for outcomes affected by factors outside the scope of the engagement or outside our control.
Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms set out in the relevant Statement of Work. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
